Compétences
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Information Technology, Computer Science, Telecommunications or a related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in Field Services, Desktop Support or Onsite IT Support.
- Strong knowledge of:Windows 10 and Windows 11
- Microsoft 365
- Active Directory
- Hardware diagnostics
- Basic networking (TCP/IP, LAN, Wi-Fi)
- Experience using IT ticketing systems such as ServiceNow, Jira, BMC Remedy or similar is an advantage.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Excellent troubleshooting and customer service skills.
- Professional English (spoken and written) is mandatory.
- French is an advantage.
