Compétences
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of HR Generalist or HR Operations experience.
- Experience supporting EMEA or multi-country HR operations is highly desirable.
- Strong knowledge of employee lifecycle management, employee relations, labor law compliance, payroll support, and HR best practices.
- Experience handling disciplinary cases, grievances, investigations, performance management, and HR documentation.
- Hands-on experience with HRIS platforms, workforce reporting, HR analytics, and Microsoft Office.
- Excellent English communication skills with the confidence to collaborate with stakeholders across different regions and cultures.
- A proactive, organized, and solutions-driven professional who thrives in a dynamic global environment.
